You need to use a program called Save Wizard for PS4. With that program you'll "resign" the saves, which changes ownership of the saves from the uploader to you. Otherwise your PS4 won't let you use them. Save Wizard also lets you add cheats to your saves. More details are in the links below.

Before I get to your question, I see you haven't hit the thank you button yet but did reply to the post multiple times. The way you unlock the download link is by hitting the button on the main post that looks like a "thumbs up". That's the way you thank the post and get access to the link, not by replies.
For digital/physical, since the answer to that question varies from game to game, instead look to the exact CUSA number of your copy of the game. That will tell you exactly what you need to know. If you game files, when saved to a USB stick, save to a folder called "CUSA13910", then you have this version of the game. If not, then you have the version of the game with that other CUSA number and should look for that instead.
If you find the game hard, have you tried any of the Save Wizard cheats? I thought there was an infinite health one for Sekiro. Could be wrong. That makes it so that the only challenge left is the bosses and mini-bosses that inflict "terror" status.
