I strongly recommend using this save only after getting all of the other trophies. I have not tested this save on an account that has none of the trophies for this DLC, so have no idea if it will auto-pop other trophies randomly if you haven't got them already.
To nab the trophy, do the following;
#1. Download (link at bottom) and re-sign the save to your account using Save Wizard or anything else that does the job.
#2. Copy the save to your PS4. I recommend backing up your existing save data to a USB or Cloud first but it's up to you.
#3. Load the save in slot #4 (I tried to isolate it but the save is all bound up in one file).
#4. Approach the objective marker to initiate the final fights of the DLC.
#5. Win both fights without entering Ardyn's 'undying' state and without taking too much damage. See below for more info on this;
- to ensure the A+ rank, it is important that you ensure the following in these final fights;
A. Take as little damage as possible (I took a 10 or so hits through the final fights with one hitting me for 1K damage and still got the A+)
B. Do not allow yourself to shift into Ardyn's 'undying' state - this happens when his HP falls to zero. Abuse potions (you may want to stock up on more before fighting).
C. Abuse the 'Power EX' and 'Mettle EX' items to increase your attack/defense to get the fights over quicker and take less damage, respectively.
If you do all of this, you should get a perfect rank for this mode. My completion cert had A+ for every section, so you should be pretty sweet with this one. I took things super slow to ensure I'd get the A+

Not with this save I don't think. Last I checked, aside from the Comrades DLC save (which is no longer supported by 15 since they removed the DLC from the game itself and made it stand-alone), none of the DLC saves are supported by Save Wizard. Meaning you can resign them, but you can't open them up in Advanced Mode so cannot re-region.

Are you saying it was already done on this save file, so you can do it right from the main menu of the DLC without going into the gameplay itself?
