My latest platinum, Farm Together.
I (luckely) didnt encounter any trophy related bugs.
Overall great game but for the people who got bored I did backup some saves.
The savegame nameare self-explainatory. (Read the platinum one atleast)

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step (Walk 210975 Mtr)
All that glitters is not gold (50k diamonds)
He that blames would buy (500 medals)
Slow and steady wins the race (100k tiles)
You are what you own (Level 40)
Platinum save (I got As you sow, so shall you reap (plow 40k tiles),
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder (1000 decorations), and
Its a small world ( All expansions) within 10 minutes with this save (obviously my last trophies to go for the platinum)

I do not think you can re-region this one. I have tried multiple times to test it.
That's unfortunately true of some games even when they have Advanced Mode, for a number of potential reasons. Thanks for the info.

Unlock all your farm expansions
If you join someone else's Farm and they unlock the final expansion while you're there, this trophy will unlock for you.
There are a total of 24 farm expansions in the base game to unlock, however, the Big Farms DLC Update has included an additional 22 expansions that are also now required, which more than doubles the time required to get this trophy. Each will require you to be a specific level as well as each costing a certain number of Diamonds. The more you unlock, the more expensive they will be. The more you unlock, the more expensive they will be. When you start off, the first expansion will require you to be level 4 and will cost you 25 Diamonds. The final expansion included with the DLC has a currently unknown cost as the DLC is new and it takes a long time to reach the requirements to open it up. You will, without a doubt, need to be over Level 125 and will need a massive amount of diamonds.
