There are many autosaves, and I think there should be aswell the a save with 179/181 Collectibles (but there are also on the Plat Save maaaaany Collectibles left)
Its not tested yet, so let me know which trophies are unlocked

There are actually well more than 2 in the game world if there are 179 collected. There are 252 total in the game but only 181 needed for the last collectible trophy. If you open the touchpad menu, one of the sub-menus should show you which collectibles have already been taken. Cross-reference that against any collectibles guide on the internet to spot where you can find 2 that are NOT appearing in that list, meaning 2 that have not yet been collected. Again that 179/181 is really 179/252.
