Trophies you can/may get right off the bat:

Jack of All Trades - Win a match with all 20 Original Operators in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer or Terrorist Hunt.
Just play Terrorist Hunt one time and win using the operator of your choice.

Terro Hurt - Complete 20 Terrorist Hunt missions.
The same as above. Just complete any Terrorist Hunt.

Brain Surgeon - Get 150 Headshots in Terrorist Hunt missions.
Headshot one enemy.

Completionist - Collect all STARS in Situations.
Finish one Situation.

Master and Commander - Earn 3 STARS in one Situation
Should pop no matter the amount of stars you earn.

Terro Hunter - Kill 2500 terrorists in Terrorist Hunt.
Kill one terrorist.

Camper - Successfully complete any Defend game mode 100 times in Terrorist Hunt.
Start a Defense game and simply win.

That bullet pen... - Kill 200 terrorists with bullet penetration in Terrorist Hunt.
Just kill an enemy that's behind a door or wall, just make sure that the surface is not bullet proof.

I think you can also get those standalone Situations trophies, but I'm not sure.

Trophies that will only need one more action to pop:

Brothers in Arms - Revive injured teammates 10 times in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer or Terrorist Hunt.
Just revive one more player. An easy way is to invite a friend to Terrorist Hunt, down him and revive. You'll get this eventually, no matter what.

Objective Driven - Win a round 50 times in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer.
Win one more round (casual or ranked).

Senseless - Kill 10 enemies blinded from Stun Grenade in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer.
One more to go. Stun an enemy using a Stun Granade and kill him/her.

Blind Ambition - Destroy 5 drones in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer.
One more to go.

Wrong Number - Kill 10 enemies with Nitro Cell in Casual/Ranked Multiplayer.
One more kill. This may be difficult to get since it depends on the enemy's position. Operators with Nitro Cell: Recruit, Pulse, Kapkan, Mute, Bandit, Mira, Mozzie and Valkyrie.

Fashion Week - Apply weapon skins to 30 weapons.
I'm not really sure about this one. If it doesn't pop on load, it won't pop afterwards.

Back then there were some changes in trophies and how the off-line savefile worked when you went online, which made the save useless for some time. I think it might work again, not sure
