Disclaimer: It's a modded save, so "Best in the West," "Self Sufficient," and "Skin Deep," trophies may just pop by using this save. So, use it at your own risk.
Collector's Item Trophy
- Resign and load the save
- Go to Francis Sinclair's location marked on the map
- Enter Francis Sinclair's house and speak to his wife
- Come out of the house and Collection's Item trophy notification will pop.
