I'm not sure, but I think you have to complete a level. The levels are very short. Go into the menu, go into the level select, and maybe try completing whichever level is necessary to pop the last set of trophies. It might be the last or second to last one available. If that doesn't pop all of them, then any others would be very simple ones like "die one time", "defeat one enemy", things like that.

no it does not work anny more to bad i play 4 levels of this nothing happend
and this save start from the begining

That's odd. That sounds like it's seeing your save file, not Wosley's. The same problem as I suspect you'd have on at least one other game. And you're positive that you are CUSA10740, right? Not just EU, but 10740?
Try this:
From the PS4, delete all Warlock's Tower saves. After that, make sure to not go into the Warlock's Tower game again until these steps say.
Also, delete the Warlock's Tower save from your USB stick, because you're about to resign it again anyway.
Download this again, so you're working with a fresh save. Resign it again. Make sure, after you resign it, that Save Wizard is displaying it under your profile's name.
Make sure your PS4 is offline. Keep it offline for the rest of this. Copy the resigned save onto the PS4. Since the PS4 is offline, pay attention to how your PS4 is displaying the save. Does it display it as "Warlock's Tower"? Or does it display it as "Unrecognized Application"? Being offline is important there.
Still offline, once the save is on your PS4, launch it. Wosley says they all pop once you "press play", and I'm pretty sure he would have tested it, so there shouldn't be a need to do more. There should not be a difference between Load/Continue in this game, either.

Well CUSA is a much more specific thing than just "EU", "US", "AS" and the like. That's why I was recommending you to find out what your CUSA is. The EU in particular tends to have a lot of CUSAs within the general EU region. There is no PSN store for the EU region. Each country has its own PSN store. Other countries in the same region may or may not have the same CUSA for the same game. There can be half a dozen or more CUSA codes in the same general geographical region for one game. It really just depends on the game.
Most precise way to check is this: Make sure Wosley's save is not on your PS4. Go into your copy of Warlock's Tower. Change a setting in the options/settings, or do something else that would make it save the game. Exit the game, then copy that save you just made onto your USB stick. Go to your PC, and check the filepath of the save you just made. You'll find it here, using E as the drive letter your computer assigns to your USB but obviously it could be anything: E:\PS4\Savedata\your account number would be here\CUSA number\PS4 save file for Warlock's Tower. The CUSA number showing in that very last folder, assuming you copied your save and not Wosley's, would be your exact CUSA number.
A faster way to check, although it can be wrong, would be to go to your PSN store, and go to the URL for Warlock's Tower. The URL itself will have the CUSA number in it. The risk is that again, that is not always your actual CUSA number. If you have a physical disc (I know you don't, since they don't exist for this game), physical and digital sometimes have different CUSA numbers. Sometimes, also, even if you have the digital version of a game, the CUSA code that the PSN store displays will be different than the CUSA code of the saves that game creates, meaning the URL is just wrong. Sometimes. (Usually in good ways, meaning there are times when we all get to share CUSA codes, multi-regional games, but the URL displays different ones.)
I can at least tell you that the CUSA of this save is listed as an EU CUSA. So either you have a different EU CUSA, or something else is going on.

Which CUSA number do you have? Again, there is no "EU" PSN store in the PS4 era. There is a Portugal store, a Spain store, a France store, a Belgium store, a Netherlands store, and so on.
