Simply resign the US save for your user, select it and open the advance mode and select all and copy.
Now go to your EU save, open advance mode, select all and paste it.
Worked for me in Eu to US version and I don't see why woundn't work on the opposite way.

Okay I don't know if someone has pointed this out, but this save causes problems, if you want correct and legit timestamps. First of all, thanks to the uploader for providing this amazing save. Nicely done and a lot of work you put into this one, so kudos here ;-)
So I tested the save ony my dummy and confirm, that, once you finish a race ( california for example ), you will receive the related trophy "Obtain 100% completion in XX Cup", which is totally fine, but the problem is, that "Golden Passport" ( Clear the whole World Tour 100% ) will unlock as well. Which makes this save unfortunately useless since "Golden Passport" MUST be the last 100% clear trophy.
Just wanted to warn you if you need legit time stamps.
Maybe someone in the future will upload a save set with step by step 100% clear saves.
