If you still need a trophy that's like "Complete a gem cup race" or "Complete a CTR challenge race" then you use this save https://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/ps4-trophies-game-saves/1025595-crash-team-racing-1-each-left-cusa13795-a.html
If you need the collector/bosses/misc (use every item, race in every map, win every battle mode , etc) trophies then you use this https://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/ps4-trophies-game-saves/1025593-crash-team-racing-101-classic-save-cusa13795-a.html [DO NOT EVER OPEN THE CHARACTER SELECT SCREEN UNLESS YOU ALREADY BEAT THE TRIALS]
If you need to do the trial trophies in order then you use this one to beat N.Tropy https://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/ps4-trophies-game-saves/1025622-crash-team-racing-complete-platinum-us-save-cusa13795-a.html
As soon as you beat N.Tropy then you quickly open up the character select screen to pop the every character unlocked trophy (it must be done asap if you beat the game already, otherwise the timestamps will look unlegit)
Then for the Oxide trial you just load the 101% save, pick N.Tropy as the Ghost (yes I said N.Tropy not Oxide) and beat him in any race; it'll pop the Oxide trophy.
Now all you should be missing is the hard mode trophy or the trophy to beat the final boss. For the hard mode just load up the 101% save listed above, that save comes with 2 save slots. The first slot is the 101% save, the 2nd slot is hard mode. Load up the hard mode save and beat ANY boss, I picked the first boss and as soon as I beat him I got the trophy for hard mode; you don't have to beat the final boss for it.
For beating the boss the 2nd time you just load the 101 save and beat him.
If there's any other trophies I left out let me know.
And you have to do all the shortcut trophies on your own BEFORE touching any of these saves.
