Save DQB2 :
- Rare Breeder: load the save and sleep
- Building Boffin: open the inventary and open recipes
- Highest Order Hoarder: open the inventary and open items list
- Monster Masher: open the inventary and open monsters list
- Dedicated Decorator: open the inventary and open room recipes list
- Beloved Builder: collect a heart
- Explorer Extraordinaire: travel to a small isle
Maybe you can unlock more if you complete one Tablet Target, unequipping the cursed weapon with the potion and reequipe it, kill the metal king on defiled isle. It is a post game Platinum save.

Not showing any cheat, or not letting you resign the saves? In either event if the problem is in Save Wizard then it is not an issue with the CUSA. CUSA issues would manifest on your PS4.
If it is not letting you add cheats to the save, as you say, then make sure you have resigned it to your account first. If it is not registered to you then you cannot otherwise modify it.
If it is not letting you resign the save, such as an error that no valid saves could be found for import, then just double-check that you are resigning the correct thing. This is a big download so even though it's a ZIP, there's a good chance there are more ZIPs inside of it. Save Wizard will only read a save file if it is actually in the structure of a save file. If you are using the Import feature, it needs to also be in a Zip but that's the only thing that could be different from how a PS4 would naturally make a save. So if Import, it needs to be this: ZIP file >>> CUSA folder, with no extra text in the folder name >>> PS4 save files. Nothing extra in the way. And if you're resigning from a fake account folder to your real account, skipping the Import button, then it cannot be in a ZIP at all, so it would need to be: USB stick >>> PS4 >>> Savedata >>> fake account folder >>> CUSA folder, again properly named >>> PS4 save files.
