Nightmare - Complete the game on Nightmare Difficulty
I am Death Incarnate - Complete the game on Ultra Nightmare Difficulty
Heavy Boots - Complete the game in Ironman Mode

So I just need to load the save and all 3 trophies will pop right away?

Load the Save and defeat General Cross, skip the cutscence and the Trophies are pop

you need to be on slot 16 if you want iron man trophy, create a save on iron man mode when you got checkpoint take this save and re region PBJT

Just want to say thank you for the save. Tested it and all 3 trophies popped after the credits.

Your U.S worked for Nightmare and Ultra Nightmare. I used your save and made this for everyone for the U.S version. It should unlock all three difficulty trophies as I unlocked the other 2 with your save I am only sure it unlocks Heavy Boots.
