Just need to beat the last boss. Make sure you equip melee trinkets to help with the boss fight.

My method was playing as Hopper and having my AI play as max (when low on health use max and use her special to get hearts)

Really nothing to the boss fight just attack and hide

Let me know if any issues hopefully it works Smile

This save doesn't include any gnome trophies or anything else just solely the survivor trophy - I recommend you play the game first as this is a new game+ so first playthrough recommend you do all the side missions and gnomes and just use this to mop up the last trophy to make it look legit.

i used save wizard to resign to US and i go to the last mission and is already done
