Just looking at the download page, without downloading it, I think I see what's happening. Are you just trying to import the ZIP that you're downloading? There are different save folders inside of it so that won't work. Always be aware of what you're downloading.
The import button will ONLY work if a save is in the following format:
ZIP >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files
It needs to be a ZIP. ZIP's name doesn't matter, but does need to be that file type, not another type of compressed file (RAR won't work for instance).
CUSA folder needs to be the first thing inside the ZIP. That's the first issue I see here, since directly inside of this folder, instead of seeing a CUSA folder, I see two folders named after trophies. That won't do if you're just trying to Import the first thing you see. You'd need to delve deeper and see what's inside of each of those folders. The CUSA folder would need to be something like, in this case, without quotes, "CUSA12125". Not "CUSA12125 - Spryo", because that text would make it so Save Wizard does not see it as a PS4 save and instead just as a folder.
Directly inside of the CUSA folder there should be PS4 save files. Not another layer of folders.
So again, you need the format I put above. If you can't find a ZIP that's laid out in that way, then find the CUSA folder and create a ZIP (using Windows itself, just right-click on it, then "send to", then "compressed (zipped) folder").

You said you compress the ZIP file into a folder? If it's a ZIP file, and in the proper format, then you don't need to compress it because a ZIP file is already the type of file that you Import with Save Wizard. Check my post above again, and make sure that the file you're importing is exactly the format and structure I listed above, and will list again. If you turn a ZIP into a ZIP it will not work. If you have one extra folder in the way it will not work. It needs to be this:
ZIP >>> CUSA folder >>> PS4 save files

When I look in this download, I see two folders. If I want to use either, first I would have to unzip the Zip file. If I want to use the "He's on Fire!" save, I'd have to rename that folder "CUSA12125". Then compress that CUSA folder - and only that folder - into a ZIP. Import it. If I want to use the "Who's Yor Crawdad King" save, same thing, first I'd have to rename that folder "CUSA12125", then turn that CUSA folder and no other folder into a ZIP, then Import it.

If you PM me with more exact details I can try to take a look. I'd be interested in the exact filepath of the ZIP you're using, or the CUSA folder if you're doing the other way. Obviously feel free to mask over your username in your OS if it's in your documents folder, desktop, etc.
