Go to your bed room in any city and it will trigger Vascos romance after u get the trophy to pop reload the save and go to ur room, but this time decline the option to romance then pick siora or Kurt, then just repeat again for the last one. I'm not sure if theres other trophies u can get from it but u could try to see i got a good majority of the trophies on this save. i'll update the save for Aphra once i finish the ending trophies if anything else pops just lmk.
