Here's the link to the files you need (a save + the profile): You must login or register to view this content.

Steps to follow:
1) Backup your own Uncharted 4 profile and saves!!
2) Resign my profile and save with your account using Savewizard
3) Copy those 2 files on your PS4
4) Launch Uncharted 4 and choose to load the save number 6
5) Skip the cinematic if you wish then the trophy should pop pretty soon after you regain control of Nate

I tested this on my "Test account" and I got the trophy that way.

No sorry, I do not have more than this one. There are already plenty of saves for most of the difficult trophies of Uncharted 4 but I did notice nothing was available regarding this specific one.
