Fin 1:
- Mender of Minds
Restore all Vestiges - talk to Io and restore the last 2 vestiges
- Miasma Manager
Activate all mistles - teleport to the last location, go to the last boss room and activate the last miasma
- Dweller in the Dark
View the "Dweller in the Dark" ending - kill the last boss
Fin 2:
- To Eternity
View the "To Eternity" ending - kill the last boss
fin 3:
- Heirs
View the "Heirs" ending - kill the last boss
All blood codes
- Weaver of Wills
Collect every blood code - kill the boss in the desert area
companion rank 30
- Exalted Reputation
Raise your reputation as a companion to rank 30 - Go to the teleport point take more than 300 marks of honnor from your supply
All ending
- Determiner of Fate
View every ending - Kill the boss, it also give "To Eternity" ending
NG+ Save
- Interact with the door near the teleport point to start a Ng+, all blood unlock, all skill mastered and almost all weapons

Language should not matter, not that I've seen, but CUSA number does and that can be different even in the same "region". Germany might have a different CUSA number for Code Vein. If you haven't already, double-check your CUSA code either by checking the saves on YOUR copy of Code Vein (make a save, copy it from PS4 to USB stick and look at it on a computer), or if you have digital version, go to the store page and you can see your version's CUSA page in the link itself but if you have physical version it might be different.

Does anyone have a save that is really close to unlocking the "Proven Devotion" save? I am not sure what I am at but it is taking forever to get all the gifts required. Thanks in advance. Also, If you watch a guide, you can speed run the memory trophies in I think like four hours or so. I had to start new game plus to do it because I used the SW cheat that had fully repaired vestiges not the fragments.
