In what way? Plenty of reports that it does. Are you getting tripped up in the Save Wizard menu, on your PS4 or in the game itself? Without knowing more all I could really do is refer you to the Troubleshooting FAQ, and remind you the double-check your CUSA and also to make absolutely sure to take all possible steps to minimize chances of a save conflict (keep your PS4 offline the whole time, and if necessary, back up your own MW save, then delete it, so that this one is the only one on your PS4, again making sure your PS4 is offline).

I mean I already played the game 3 times prior to downloading this. I just need some trophies to get. Do I need to replay the whole game again? I played the London attack. and 1 popped. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

What you need to do would depend on what trophies you need to get. But there's not much I can do to help if you don't say what you mean by "doesn't work". It's a bit vague.
In the absence of more information, I'm going to take a guess that you made a common mistake and believed that a platinum save would pop your own platinum trophy? If that's the case, then please know that this is *usually* not the case. The "platinum" in "platinum save" refers to the uploader's platinum, not yours. Meaning, they achieved all trophies, then uploaded their save. A lot can be done with that save, and quite often it can be used to pop some trophies (whether this is true, and which trophies, depends very much on the game). But it is very rare that it would pop all of your trophies. That would be an "instant platinum" or "insta plat". They do exist but they're uncommon. The reason is that once a trophy is popped, quite often it is locked out of being popped again on that save. Really depends on the game and the trophy. Story-related trophies, for instance, are more often to be locked out.
Sometimes if a trophy pops, then the fact that it has popped will save to the game's profile (sometimes a separate save, sometimes it's part of one big save), and so if you have that save and load it up, it will auto-pop on your own PS4. That sometimes happens but definitely not for every game. Other games, some trophies might tie a trophy's progress to a profile in the form of a counter, like a trophy that makes you collect 1000 of something across playthroughs, a save where that's been done 999 times would be helpful. If the save has done it 1001 times, it could be that it automatically pops when you load it, OR it could be that the game sees that it has popped and so forever prevents you from popping it again on that particular save file (even though it's a different PS4), so you'd need to erase that save and use your own or a different one from before 1000. It's all highly game-dependent. Hope that makes sense.
If you're looking for specific trophies, then a save made specifically for a trophy or trophies would help you there, because those saves are made before said trophy pops. For instance in a CoD game, a save might right at a particular checkpoint before some mission-specific trophy would be the best and easiest way to get said trophy. Some threads are "platinum save sets" which means they are save sets with saves that will help you get every single trophy necessary for the platinum.
I can take a guess as to how this would all work for this game. RevenantMods could probably shed more light on his outstanding work here with this platinum save, which to be clear I have not used, but my guess would be that in a CoD game, with a platinum save, you could replay the last mission in mission select at the highest difficulty, beat it, and that would pop veteran difficulty. I don't remember it being tough. Any mission specific trophies you have, you could clean those up pretty quickly too, although if you've played through the game 3 times you could do that in your own save file. For collectibles, I'm not sure. It might be that if you go into the menu and try to view them, sometimes that works in some games to pop them, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Note that there are other threads around here with saves for such things, hopefully in the CUSA you need.
