I did not find the save on the site and went through it myself.
Maybe someone will be useful.
This is not platinum save.
Saves for EU version game [СUSA01123].

This save will allow you to end the campaign and get the "Hope" trophy, if first save not give u trophy.
- Continue the game and wait for the completion of the quest for tourists.

- Just build some parks with trees (4-5) continue the game and wait.

- You just need to take the blue quest and complete it.

Fundamental Principles - Press R2+square and change any law
Bureaucrat - Press L2+circle and select 2 decrees.

- Continue the game and wait for the end of the US invasion.
