(I did unlock a few during game play, but can't recall where)
**I have also added a full save which I wanted to be just
the story related trophies unlocked,
so you could have the ability to get the others yourself
I tried my best but....
Roadkill, Straight Flush, Explosion Man, Daredevil and
Four Of A Kind got unlocked accidentally**
