Elemental Maelstrom

Be prepared to do a ton of healing. It should be but; before opening the door be certain difficulty is set to hard.
Open the door and get out of rams line of slight. Don't be in a rush to kill ram! Wait until you kill enough of the
smaller ones for the trophy. Now then; shoot ram with pistol then press triangle to swap to the
next weapon. Now open and change out the pistol for the other weapon in the inventory. Now cycle through the weapons and
hit ram with the rest of them. Be certain to only kill the smaller robots with the lightning GAT. Keep
a close eye on your health! If someone is having a hard time with this you could probably go down on the difficulty level and still have enough time
to hit ram with all the elements before he dies.

If you're detected it wont count as a stealth kill. Just keep getting stealth kills until the trophy pops.
I had to load an earlier save because I forgot to save it close to where I got the trophy.
So you might need to clear that whole area and some in the next. I got the trophy after 2 kills in the next area
after the one you'll load in.

How do you get the well balanced breakfast trophy? Not unlocking.

Just consume the items that OP shows in the photo. You don't need to do the inhaler part. the inhaler ( I think ) was to get the 300 uses. Using that save I had to use the 300 to get the Health insurance trophy.
