For trophies need you to collect all the medals. You need to play the episode on any difficulty and it will unlock at the result menu.
For trophies need you to kill enemies or perform special moves, just do it one more time.
For trophies in raid mode, finish one more game and it will unlock.
The rest will require you to redo the trophy unfortunately, including finish the game in count down mode and invisible mode.
