I only included the ones that take too long to achieve.
Before using these I recommend that you play the game normaly and be sure to take at least one picture in every chapter for the "Globe Trotter" trophy and also photograph white objects for the "Papercraft Enthusiast".
Also make sure you delivered at least one Gopher to his house for the "Taxi!" trophy, so all your trophies looks legit (if you haven't do it already, I recommend the Coggage Cove level).
Here goes:

Papercraft Wizard: Go to St Swithin's Moor, make a plane at the bridge and fly to the edge of the whole area (behind and far from the red tree), there is some kind of a big horse-like head. The remaining papercraft is inside, take a picture.
Scrapped: Also in St Swithin's Moor, take your plane where there is a big sword stuck on the floor. With the sword in front of you walk left to the red floor, three scraps will come out, one of them is the last. If you killed the last one and the trophy didn't pop, try killing another scrap.
Gifted: St Swithin's Moor also. At the bridge near the entrance fly up to the red tree in front. The last gift is up there. Also grab the last confetti, you will need it for the "Completist".
Do-Gooder, Chauffeur and Completist: Go to the Crash Site, find a cabin with the last Gopher inside and deliver him to his house (use your light whenever possible in combat).

There is also a Chapter Select save (I haven't downloaded and tried it)....

Sorry, I'm done with it. But most trophies can be unlocked with the other save, at least the ones I tested: Globe Trotter (tested in St Swithin's Moor) and You Have 1 New Message (just press L2 / R2).
