This is my save for Battlefield V - Sins of the Fathers Trophy(Finish the game on hardcore difficult).
Download the save, re-sign, copy to your ps4 and start the game.
Resume the Tirailleur campaign.
I did this save before to enter in the castle.So, watch the final cutscene and the trophy will pop.
if you start at the beginning of the last chapter Tirailleur campaing, only finish and the trophy will pop too.

Hi, thanks for your savedate
But when I use it，I resume the Tirailleur campaign.After loading the game will return to the selection screen.It does not watch the final cutscene.
Please help me upload your savedate again

I fixed/updated this save to earn all 3 difficulty trophies.
It's possible other saves don't work because there is a checkpoint right before a cutscene
and/or an update changed the format of the game.
Anyway, when I used the save on this forum, I hit Resume on the last War Story, but there would be a loading
screen which eventually returns you back to the Act menu.
To fix this, I choose TIRAILLEUR - FRATERNITE OU LA MORT, and Restarted it on Hardcore difficulty,
and played it to the end.
After Resigning my save, Resume on the mission I mentioned above.
The save I have provided is at the checkpoint after destroying the 2 trucks, but before clearing the enemies
in front of the castle gate. This part is easy. Kill about 15 enemies using a sniper from a distance,
but watch out for the Flame Thrower enemy and the enemies operating the Flak 38 Cannon.
After this part there are 2 cutscenes and some movement in between and you won't have to worry about dying.
