I have Ultimate Starter Saves from Final Fantasy 7, 8, and 9 here
These saves are intended for everyone who already has platinum and wants to get off to a comfortable start.

Each of these saves starts at the first save point.

I think you're misunderstanding what a "starter save" is. They do not auto-pop trophies. If you're looking to auto-pop trophies, look for an instant platinum or something along those lines. Most trophy saves are saves made before a particular point where a trophy is popped, but you still have to do some particular action in order to pop the relevant trophy. In this case, you need to jump rope 1000 times. There is no automatic way to do it with a save file, although there are scripts you can run on your PC to do it for you, a bit glitchy but they work.

A starter save just sets you off on the right foot to play a game. Not necessarily anything to do with trophies. They might have modded health, or a modded inventory, or something else to make play easier. That's what this is.

Or are you saying that something about the inventory, level, location, etc. is not as described? In which case, something might have gone wrong in the resigning process, particularly since this seems like it's not the only save you're having trouble with at the moment. If you describe the issue with a bit more specificity it would be easier to help.

so you get no tropy of him and either you dont 1000 jump rope so that was is wrong

It is not wrong. You just have to do the trophy yourself. This is a starter save. Familiarize yourself with the terminology.
