(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone, after looking around and seeing nothing whatsoever for this game, I've gone to the trouble of getting the 100% and with this save you can get every single trophy as chapter select is available.

For the "Terminal", "Narrows", "Bellows", "Bridge", "Palace", and "Tribute" trophies, select the last chapter of each area and the respective trophy should pop.

For "Hexanecrosis", load the continue and die 2 more times, after the mirror cutscene, there will be a ton of enemies, just look at them until they kill you.

For "Nihilist", and "Optimist", load the last chapter and choose to either save Buddy or smash the mirror, repeat this for both endings.

Finally for the worst 2 trophies in this game, the collectibles...

For "Storied" and "The Lost" select continue from the main menu and you will load into the part with the mirror cutscene with 37/41 notes, and 26/29 vox pops, follow the video below from 27:13 to get the remaining collectibles.

For a more legitimate look, I've listed the trophies in the way you should pop them above, and if, for some reason, the area trophies don't pop, you're going to have to play through the game again, but it's only about an hour long if you just run through, and unfortunately, due to the way the checkpoint system is in this game, I couldn't get any closer to the last collectibles, but it should only take about 5 minutes to grab the rest.
