(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Antarctic Starter Save for Trophy Hunters seeking Rank A + under 4h trophies.
finished first half in 2h, 0 saves, No First Aid, Helped steve fast and give medicine to Rodrigo (slot 1) just download save and Re-sign it using SW.
other slots are my first run while playing game for first time.
note: you can check that i didn't get the Rank A trophy by starting a new game using my save data and the rocket launcher won't be there.

G+R+B herb in inventory is glitched = infinite healing (remember to store it before Nosferatu fight)
you still have 20 fire arrows and +10 from first room before moths stairs in Antarctic = 30 enough to kill Nosferatu before he throw you off the map (if you want to play on the safer side).

There are plenty of emulated PS2 games on the forums that have been used to pop PS4 trophies, and I have tested some of them myself. If this particular save is not popping trophies it's not because it's a PS2 emulated game, but just because the save was made after the trophies were already popped. That would be an issue with the vast majority of games, not just emulated games.

The fact that Save Wizard does not support any of the PS2 emulated games is only an issue for whether or not those games games can have Quick Codes, and beyond that Advanced Mode and re-regioning. But they can be resigned and hence, if a save is made at the appropriate place for a particular trophy, they can be used to pop trophies.

Also keep in mind that people use saves for purposes other than trophies, such as game progress.

Claps
that's why i uploaded my save file even before i got the Rank A + under 4h trophies.

I'm not familiar with the game but that sounds like a very helpful save. Thank you very much for sharing it with the community. If you decide to share a platinum save with the community then thank you in advance for sharing that as well. Sounds like people are asking for that and sounds like you're endeavoring to provide that. To be clear, though:

(1) As far as I am aware there is absolutely no difference whatsoever in how trophies pop between native PS4 games and emulated PS2 games on PS4. The trophy system is on the PS4 itself and I'm not sure how the emulator would really have much to do with it. The individual game controls how trophies pop, and of course the emulator system is part and parcel of these PS2 games, but the trophy system itself is separate from the games and I haven't seen any fundamental difference in its behavior between emulated and native.

And (2) While for SOME games platinum saves can be used to instantly pop SOME of that game's trophies, and while the platinum saves for RARE games scattered here and there can be used to instantly pop ALL of those particular games trophies, generally speaking platinum saves are less useful for trophies than the sort of save made before a particular trophy has been popped, like the "Rank A + under 4h trophies" save file you uploaded.

Again, thank you for your hard work, and for sharing that work with the community.

Ah my apologies, I've seen this posted in save wizard facebook myself when they were asked about it and they said the encryption was different and it wouldn't pop trophies, I've tried a few saves from code veronica and they never popped anything, if wrong then I'm sorry for the misinformation.

Out of interest, which PS2-PS4 emulated games did you get trophies to pop using other saves?

Please just upload your platinum savegame. We don't have to have senseless discussions.

I haven't got a platinum save myself, don't need to be rude about it.
