Excellent, but how do I remove hacks that add talismans and others that are infinite?

EDIT:
IT'S OK! I found it and I did it myself!

I have a problem with my Save Wizard. Can't get in to advance mode to re region it.
I think it is because the save file version is not up to date.
Can you update the file to the latest version of the game?
