The title is wrong.

CUSA04672 is "Dead Rising 2" - and the save is for dead rising 2.

The new save is correct and for Risk of Rain 2.

I got all Characters, Items and a few Lunar Coins Winky Winky
I didnt pop any archivements upon loading (but i already had a few so not sure), but most archivements can be done by doing a few games.

Anyway, thank you very much!

No valid saves found for import. What am I doing wrong?

-> Found the solution: Created a new zip file - Folder CUSA16209 with the zip's file content.

pretty sure you cannot unlock any trophies whatsoever with this plat save but thanks

yeah you can reregion, in fact this save is very easily to manipulate but doesn't rly make the hardest trophies any easier tbh
