This is ps plus version.
Nice day to all. Here is my semi save set.
Metropolis - Have a population of 100,000 in your city. Currently the population is about 99,500. Simply rewind the time and wait for the trophy to pop.
You dont need dlc. You'll have about a million dollars. Try other trophies.

You can try Centurion trophy (Name 100 roads). I already got this trophy, so I don't know if it will pop.
New Eden - Build the Eden project monument.

Simply build the last public transport line and get the City In Motion 2 trophy (Have 50 transport lines).
Short Fuse trophy, simply build a Fusion power plant monument.

Professional Dumper trophy - save 05/13/2020 04:07:58 - Simply hold L3 for faster time rewind and wait for the trophy to pop.
Tough City - save 05/13/2020 04:28:20 - Simply hold L3 for faster rewind time and wait for the trophy to pop.

Medic! trophy - Load save and build the Medical Center Monument
A Huge Hadron trophy - Load save and build the Hadron Collider Monument

Power to the people - Just rewind time and wait for the trophy to pop.

Happy Town - I have 2 saves for this trophy. One is before the trophy and the other after the trophy. You can try the one after getting the trophy if you pop. If not, load save in year 2049, turn the time to max and wait about 3 - 5 hours. This trophy popped me while I slept. It should pop in 2055, so you have to rewind 6 years. The picture with the exact date when I won the trophy is in the folder. I know it's not the best save, but getting this trophy is very difficult.

If u need a helping hand, u could upload(dm) the save temporarily + 3 settings at the current state to me,
i could help u by doing the reloading at 4am save method on ur settings files, nd if it pops,
shall post it here/dm u.
I've set a 1button macro for it,
so won't be an issue to tap a button for 100-150times more nd cut short ur 22hours of time😅
It takes 40sec(per night + loading included) for me,
but already lost count on where i am on mine,
as 1001times pressing a button then waiting for 40sec(looking at the screen is indeed daunting boring nd made me fall asleep a lot of times🤣)
if u r mixing the reloading method too,
then it would be in a jiff for u too neway, so 🤞ðŸ»(fingers crossed) 😅
