Language can usually be changed pretty quickly in the main menu of most games. The "US" region CUSA codes encompass a large portion of the world containing countries where English has never been the national or primary language.

I already got the platinum and I'm glad you uploaded your save for other's players mental sanity LOL
This game is absolute trash, you can lose yourself pretty much around the map, gives headache when you're playing it, enemy's AI is bastard and ridiculous: they can kill you very easily and they smash you with tons of bullets when you are far away from them, instead, if you are close to them, they can melee you or most of times, they don't shoot you (just looking at you) LOL.
I got 94/96% trophy progression on my own, legitimately, because when it was released, I didn't know Save Wizard and this awesome website yet... Trust me, doing this game is very very traumatic ahah
So I give you a massive thank you for your effort!

Am i doing something wrong with this save? I get "corrupted save." Or It will load to a black screen. I can hear the character, but she suddenly dies.

It's possible a patch changed things enough that it doesn't work in the same way. But just in case, make sure that you're completely offline when you're launching. If you weren't before, then I would also resign and copy over a fresh save.
