There's Profile Save Data paired with each Save Game File. Some aren't needed, but i've specified which ones are very important listed below and also inside the download. I've also included text and video guides for every trophy, made by myself on this very save set. You must login or register to view this content.
The trophies are bundled together the best I could do, while also ensuring they are laid out in a natural progressive order, so they will look completely legitimate. Remember to take time breaks between the save game files if you want the time stamps to also look natural.
Remember that while you can transfer every numbered game save file over at the same time, you'll need to resign, transfer and use the profiles one at a time, otherwise they will get rewritten over.
If you're having trouble with trophies not unlocking. Try deleting the profile data from the PS4, then resigning it again on Save Wizard. There's no way of checking in-game if you have the correct one, so it's likely a mistake from having to go back and forth between them.
List of the save game files and trophies you can earn from each one below. Profile Data will always appear as "SAVEFILE0P"

Grounded Mode DLC Save Set
Current Autosave. Dig Two Graves - You Can't Stop This (profile data required)
Delete all old TLOU2 save files before using this save or there's a high chance it will fail to load.
Instructions: Resign both save files (Profile and Autosave), then ingame; load "Current Autosave" and skip the cutscenes.
Both trophies will pop after you watch or quit out of the ending credits.

Platinum Completionist Save File
WARNING: There's a high risk of certain trophies popping from this save file, so if you care about them looking legitimate, then use the save-set above first.
How to use: Resign both save files. (Profile + Autosave Backup)
Everything will unlock after you load the autosave backup.
This save file has everything completed including:

Thank you for your complete saveset, I'm going to try the "SIGHTSEER" trophy even with your save (even if I guess it doesn't matter which save you use about that trophy, I've already used the two saves available here and it didn't pop, and Powerpyx trophy video about it, says it's glitched too):

Things that happened to me about this trophy:
I've picked up the gun holster (in the video is called "Small gun holster", while if you collect it it's "Long gun holster", looking like a belt... It's probably called that way because now game is on update version 1.02, Powerpyx was probably playing on previous version). Only by picking it up, Ellie will take out the map on her own marking the Barkos Pet Store with the blue marker, and you'll also receive the pop up notification on the left side of the screen saying you have completed that location and map is updated.
Ellie and Dina are talking about an assault planned against a Fedra Convoy nearby, so, move at the Waterfalls location:
Powerpyx (I haven't watched the video guides from other channels yet, what other players do), simply goes to the Waterfalls and as soon as Ellie approaches the container, she automatically takes out the map and "Map location complete" shows up.
Instead, to pop up the notification, I had to open up the container with decomposed corpses inside, picking up the note and only getting outside of it, Ellie marks the location with the / sign on the map.
Last location, courthouse. As soon as Ellie climbs up the ladder, Powerpyx has "Map location complete" after few steps and trophy pops as soon as she enters from the window... Instead, I had to complete the whole section (killing the infected, going down to the parking lot, more enemies, gathering gasoline, opening the gate and only when they'll close it), the notification popped to me, but no trophy.
I have even reached the "Fuck Fedra Gate", turned up the generator, using the code 5345, proceeding with the horse a bit... Still nothing.

Fortunately I had the save backed up right before it popped.

Later I'll try your save, so I apologize for commenting before even trying it.
Weird thing is that in my game (after seeing 4 trophy guide video on YouTube for this trophy), they get the notification "Map location complete, hold TouchPad to check map", already after few steps you climb the ladder to get inside the Courthouse.
I had instead to complete the whole Courthouse section to receive that notification lol and no trophy.
Later I'll try yours, without climbing up the ladder but by climbing from the truck downstairs, right on the left of the window.
If still doesn't work for me, I'll try to re-install the game (I own the disc version).
