Thanks for uploading your saves! After talking for the trophy "All Clear", if you accept the new prioritary main mission (that asks you to go back to the Tempest), right after the loading screen you can also unlock the trophy "Buccaneer" (if you don't mind about legit timestamps).
Today I'm going to try "Friendly Fire" trophy but I'm sure it will work! Also going to test other trophies, you're probably further in the story than me, so more story related trophies I guess will be unlocked.
Do you remember if you have unlocked already some combat related trophies?

Honestly I don't remember and I don't want to, since the game bugged the last trophy on me and had to re-do the lvl 20 strike team, ughh it's so hard not to hate this game... But it's possible that some trophies are obtainable on my save, however most combat ones I did with saves available on the forum. Don't bother with the Crypto save though, since on that playthrough I just rushed through the game for the Remnant puzzles

I have a save for lvl 20 strike team, I only need to upload it (I've farmed it easily with the APEX App on my smartphone).
It will be my first upload on this website lol hope everything will be ok. I'll open a topic with some saves of this game, but I usually don't play so much in summer... So don't bother re-doing it on your own.
I'll text you when the save is up.

Ah lol even by starting the game offline?
If I remember correctly you'll just get an error when entering strike teams while offline.
