You get the 'Information Overload' trophy for collecting 50 intelligence files. This save has 49 files & you just have to get 2 more even though it says 50 as it popped for me at 51. I did the City under siege(Elite) mission & cleared one of the Depot which had 2 chest & one of them will have a intelligence file, its a random drop so take note. Once you get 1 just quit to Quinjet & do the mission again to get the 2nd one & it'll take a few secs for the trophy to pop.

Should be can, because at the point of time when I made this save I didn't have the trophy.
