here is my save when you load the game you be at the final section after defeating the final boss on ng+ just go forward and beat the game on ng+.

i don't know if any other trophies will pop.

you can also get all non story trophy while repeating some missions .

hope this will save your time for repeating the game

load the game don't press continue

The manual save is NOT 100% but it is right at the end of the game on NG+. Gonna try the auto-save to see if that is the 100% one.
