It's multi-region. I have the US copy and it worked.

how do i get this transferred to ps5 ?? have it resigned to my psn but it is not showing up in ps5 version??

By getting on the PS4 version and uploading to the Ubisoft Cloud save menu. After that, get on the PS5 version and download said save from the same menu.
