Here are my saves on Insanity Difficulty on ME 1-3,the save point may be it is not the best cause i did not plan to make the save when I am playing sorry for that.

On ME 1 use the manual save, it should be right before the last boss fight.
On ME 2 you may have to complete the whole suicided mission, it is not too hard ,i am using the sniper on infiltrator class, anytime feel danger just push â–³ button.You will also gain damage bonus during cloak.
On ME 3 it is a chapter save after the Earth fight, the part left have no combat at all so should be easy just watch the cutscene and walk around to finish.
