I recommend going to North-west part of Maestrale, there's a sea race under Porto Triende that hasn't been done yet. Getting on gear shouldn't be a problem. (N 49.368, E 32.131)

Collectibles 100%: Go to Litore Torto. There are four collectibles marked on the map with "?" sign, and one marked as a daredevil jump. Just get every each one of them, and the trophies should pop respectively.
