•Resign & load up

Jumbo Keyring - Unlock 10 lockboxes
•Jump through the window in front of you and unlock the safe

Gore Horse
•Go into back yard and turn in quest

ADDED

•Internet Famous - Kill Amanda & DL her last video
•Sole Survivor - Use fast travel map and follow red quest markers and kill big lifeguard around building
•Max Headroom (Lvl.30) - You're a couple hundred XP short of Lvl30, exit safe house and just kill,kill,kill up & down the street till trophy pops

•Dummy tested. lemmie know if there's any issues
