I tested his save on CUSA08519 (EU) and found the additional missions required to successfully trigger the Western Stranger trophy on my account.

I'm sharing my results here because simply completing the mission from the original instructions did not unlock the trophy for me.

🔑 HOW TO RESIGN THE SAVE

Before using the save, you need to resign it to your own PSN account.

If you don't have Save Wizard, you can use:



Basic process:

1️⃣ Download the save above.

2️⃣ Resign the save to your own PSN account.

3️⃣ Export/download the resigned save.

4️⃣ Transfer it to your console.

5️⃣ Launch the PS4 version of Red Dead Redemption 2.

6️⃣ Load the resigned save.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Always make a backup of your original save data before importing or replacing anything.

🎨 STEP 1 — THE ARTIST'S WAY

Continue the mission and complete:



❌ The trophy did NOT unlock for me here.

If the same happens to you, don't delete the save and don't assume it is broken.

Continue to Step 2.

🤜 STEP 2 — OH, BROTHER

Travel to Valentine and complete:



After completing Part II, travel to:



and complete:



This will finish the Oh, Brother Stranger mission strand.

❌ The trophy still did NOT unlock for me.

That's OK — continue to Step 3.

🔫 STEP 3 — THE NOBLEST OF MEN, AND A WOMAN

Return to Valentine and start:



The mission starts at the saloon in Valentine.

After speaking with Theodore Levin, you will receive photographs of four legendary gunslingers.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Make sure you inspect/read the photographs to reveal their locations.

You now need to deal with all four gunslingers:

🔫 Emmet Granger
Near Flatneck Station

🔫 Billy Midnight
Start at Rhodes Train Station

🔫 Black Belle
Bluewater Marsh

🔫 Flaco Hernández
Cairn Lake

After completing all four encounters, continue the quest until you finish the entire The Noblest of Men, and a Woman Stranger mission strand.

For anyone who just wants the required order:

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

If Western Stranger doesn't unlock after completing The Artist's Way – IV, don't immediately assume that the save doesn't work.

That is exactly what happened to me.

I continued using the same save and completed:



The trophy successfully unlocked for me after completing the final Stranger mission strand.

I'm documenting the exact method that worked on my account.

Because trophy progress can depend on the progress already stored in the save, I cannot guarantee that every account will trigger the trophy at exactly the same moment.
