It's a Platinum Save, meaning the uploader achieved the the Platinum trophy and then uploaded his/her save. It's different than a save or save set meant for popping specific trophies. Sometimes a Platinum save can be used to pop some trophies anyway, sometimes they can't be. It just depends on the game. But it wasn't uploaded with specific trophies in mind since all trophies were done before the upload.
