It would be awesome if some would post a save at the last enemy in 21+ and a save with all stages on S rank in Jack's 55th Birthday.

Will any of these saves help me with the C4 trophy? Attaching it to the enemy on the ship level. I'm trying to avoid having to replay the game fully for my plat lol.
I also need a save before the old house so I can use a knife on the spiders on a door. That's not too far into the game though.
My copy is US but I can re-region saves.

same, i think i'm going to have to load all the save files and see which one it is, only problem is the in built autosave keeps overwriting things when i load each one.
update; it's the 11 hour save for the science fair trophy,
nevermind the rest of the trophies are on different saves my bad, but the please be kind and please rewind not sure what save file i can obtain that trophy, any help would be grateful.

load the devils is in the details save, go to the area with the lift, shoot all of the black things apart from the one with 2 arms, equip the bomb and let him grab you and then place the bomb with R2 and back away till it blows up in it's face.
you can't seem to use this saves as you have US version though.

Everytime i am ready to copy over saves i always delete from storage first before i transfer them.
i've uploaded my own last checkpoint save just incase anyone else has problem with the save here;
