it's just you. You need to make sure you have the extract the file and zip the correct folder.

Make sure you're not trying to "import" the RAR. Save Wizard does not read RAR files. It reads ZIP files if you're using the "import" function, so you'd need to extract the RAR contents with WinRAR (it's free if you don't have it) and make a ZIP out of the CUSA folder but make sure it's the last CUSA folder meaning no other folders inside of it, only the PS4 save game files. Turn that into CUSA folder into a ZIP and try importing that.
