This is my Platinum save of Dead Island, all DLC trophies are unlocked, too
I upload my save only because the link in the other thread is down
Sam B is Level 60 which makes all Bloodbath arena trophies very easy
I havent tested the save, but i did back on ps3 and this should be the same:
Use chapter select to get the story trophies, then do 1 more of each requirement of the trophies, like kill 1 zombie with a gun to get the 200 gun kill trophy
Also the level trophies might pop all instantly, so be aware of it in case you want to make it look legit

Thanks for the save bro.
Sam B save got me these
"Gotta find em all" and "Nearly there". Fast travel to Lighthouse and give pain killers to dude that wants it. Collect reward and both will pop.
Fast travel to Life guard tower and "There and back again" should pop.
Throw molotov on ground, walk in and out get burn damage then heal for "Everybody lies"
These are what I needed. Most info was on page already so credit to those. Cheers
