Thread title fixed. It was just an issue with the prefixes. When it doubt just look at the CUSA number since that's always exact, where a "region" is just a general thing anyway (there can be a ton of EU CUSAs for a particular game for instance). If a thread has two prefixes, it's an error and the second one is usually the correct one, but the CUSA is always more important.
