You need to resign the files first, using a program called Save Wizard. Resigning it changes the files to your profile otherwise your PS4 won't let you load them on your account. Save Wizard also, for many games, lets you apply cheats.

It doesn't pop on load, I know that much. And I think there are issues with Master of Quality for a lot of people but I don't know that that issue could be and it is NOT tied to a specific save or specific thread. This is what I think is going on:
I think that trophy is tied to a very specific trigger, such that the moment it is met, the trophy will pop. Meaning, you get the very last material needed. Think of that as crossing a finish line. Cameras snap, camera being the trophy.
It is NOT the case that if you load a save file that has all of the materials already in it, then the trophy will pop. Think of that as already being over a finish line. Camera is not even pointed there.
So here is the issue: Some save files around here have modded materials. This has the effect of jumping you over the finish line. But the camera is not pointing at the area past the finish line. It's pointed at the finish line itself. It doesn't care if you have 999 of a material. It cares about that very first one you get. So on those save files, the trophy will not pop.
Does that make any sense? I *think* that is what is happening, based on what has happened with a few people who can't get Master of Quality to pop with modded save files. It is not that it has to be done legit, it is just that it can't be done by completely hacking all of the materials in the game. If you get ONE of a material, you can mod that up to 999. But you have to get the first one to begin with, so that it gets flagged for the trophy.
