I did not see any saves for this so added mine.
Relevant instructions are included in each file.
I may complete some more at a later date; however if anyone has Echo Mode saves it would be appreciated.

How did you get it to work?Because I re region d saves from Eu version to US version and showed me only the 3 first chapter

Sorry for the late response osamaffx. When you start from chapter one play the first prologue until you finish it and 3 trophies will pop. :3

here is what i am doing
I resign the save
advanced save, export file, open my save and import file (this is how re-region is done)
then I load the game, when I press resume, its at the prologue (near the end) and when i check the difficulty, it is on very hard, when the prologue finishes, no trophies pop for me
unless this is only for EU and re-region does not work on this game
Tested a few times, different saves. Re-region does not pop any trophies
