Save 4 – Talk to Ulthane and forge the Armageddon Blade to get the Battle hardened trophy & the ultimate blade trophy from here just go beat the game to get all the difficulty trophies as it is on apocalypse difficulty.
Save 5 – Load up and ride around in boss arena for the Dark Rider Trophy Should unlock around 196.81 Miles
Save 6 – Load up you should be in the Ashlands go and collect the final piece of the Abyssal Armor which you need the Hook shot to get. Unlocks Legendary Form trophy.
Save 7 – Load up and go collect the last artifact which is a Champion Artifact in the Tunnel leading to Drowned Pass from the Scalding Gallow Requires the Hook shot to get it is in the fan room. Unlocks World Raider trophy.
Save 8 – Turn in the rest of the artifacts to get Full Power trophy.
Save 9 – Take a right from Vulgrim in the Ashlands and go get the last wrath shard for Wrath of War Trophy here’s video link in cases you cannot find it Skip to 7.45

I'm sure it's subjective, but I don't remember him being particularly difficult. If you've played through the game at all then it should be all pretty familiar. If you haven't and you're only popping this in for trophies, then it might take you a few tries while you get used to the controls but nothing bad. If you're worried about it at all, you can always fire it up on a test account first, before trying it on your main account.
