1. Chapter 1, 2, 3 ,4 - All chapter trophies as well as their challenge trophies.
2. 'Avid Accessoriser,' 'Chamber Potter,' 'Epic Gourmant,' 'Handy Builder,' 'Master Planner,' and 'Monster Masher'.
These constitute the majority of the game's trophies, however there are 5 missing. One of them must be completed by yourself, as it requires a trigger, the instruction that make this easier are in the main folder of the saveset.
The following trophies CANNOT be earned with this saveset due to me having them already before I decided to make this set. They are the 4 most common trophies on PSN so it shouldn't take you a long time to get them (maybe an hour or two.)
These trophies are; 'Escape Artist,' 'Beginner Builder,' Super Smasher,' and finally 'Superior Decorator.'
The first two listed are right at the beginning of the game they will take you no more than 10 minutes. The issue is Super Smasher and Superiror Decorator, there is a slight chance any of my profile saves MAY unlock them, but I'm not making any promises.

EDIT: Okay everybody, it seems I made a mistake in the Chapter 1 Save, the Cantlin Garden does not register without a Profile save, in order to proceed with this you have two options to fix the trophy:
1. Grab and resign a profile save from any other fodler in the save set
or alternatively:
2: Use youtube to locate where the Cantlin Garden is built in the save, it has to be that specific area as far as I'm aware - so go there, destroy the door, replace it, and it should now register as completed.
Sorry about that guys, didn't realize that 1 challenge was tied to your profile save, happy hunting

When I saw your question and looked at the thread - I've been gradually cleaning these up - threw me off too but it does look like it should work with ANY region. Apparently the profile save will only work with the region of the original save - possibly US judging from the thread's original title - but it's not very often we can re-region a profile save anyway. I have changed the thread title to make it a bit more clear that it should work with any region, and otherwise to make it conform to our thread title guidelines.

You need a program called Save Wizard. That program can, amongst other things (like adding cheats to supported games), change any game save (supported or not) from another player's profile to your own profile so that your PS4 will recognize it. I've included links below on how to use it and where to buy it, but the specific function you're looking for - being able to use someone else's save game - is called "resigning" a save.

You need to make sure you're Importing the right thing. If you're importing the file you download, it will not work. Save Wizard only reads ZIP files, and only if the ZIP files contain a proper CUSA folder directly inside of them, with PS4 saves directly in the CUSA folder.
Here, the download is a RAR file, not a ZIP file, so if you're trying to import that, Save Wizard will not see it.
Extract the RAR file. Inside of it are many different folders, each one for different trophies. If you go into those folders, THEN you will see ZIP folders. At first glance, it looks like those ZIP folders are proper ones, with the CUSA directly inside. But if you run into any that Save Wizard can't read, then it just means you need to extract the contents and make your own ZIP folders that go: ZIP >> CUSA >> PS4 save files.
So basically, extract the RAR file. Look inside for the trophies or saves you want. They are in different folders. The ZIPs for Save Wizard are inside of those folders. Use those, not the RAR.
