It doesn't work can't resign
Have you taken it out of the RAR file? Save Wizard cannot read RAR files. My guess is that you're trying to "import" it as if it were a ZIP file. If you're trying to "import" it, first fully extract the RAR, then go to the very last folder (the one that has PS4 files inside of it and ONLY files inside of it, not another folder), and make a ZIP out of that folder. If you can't make ZIPs, download a free program called WinRAR. Simple to use and again, free. Import the ZIP you just made.
it still didnt work but thats ok i wanted to play my own game but ever time i use save wizard my game never shows up when i load it it always say "no save file or something to that effect" so could u tell me what im doing wrong here?
It really sounds like a problem with the way you're extracting especially if it's happening with different games. Even if there's a problem with the save fie, as long as the way it's on your USB stick OR the way it's Zipped is valid, Save Wizard will see it. Again, even if there's some underlying problem like it's the wrong region. I've pulled together what I can to help, some of which is not directly applicable to this download but it sounds like you're having the problem in general so Ill cover the general issues.
If I were you I would make ABSOLUTELY sure you're doing one of two ways of resigning - both of which I'll go over - with the file structure EXACTLY so. Double-check, even triple-check, the file structure, before you open Save Wizard. If there's 1 extra folder, it won't work. 1 extra ZIP, same thing. If it's not a ZIP but you're using "import", same thing. (By the way "import is not the only method; maybe try the other one and see if you have better luck).
Either:
-1- If it's going to be a ZIP file: First make sure it is a ZIP file. Fully extract the contents of the RAR you download. Even if it is already a ZIP, take a quick peek inside to see if the file structure is what it is supposed to be. Even if it looks okay, if you get an error like the one you're talking about then it probably has 1 too many folders inside (can only have ONE folder, then the files - a lot of downloads here are a folder inside a folder).
Make a ZIP out of the CUSA. The last, proper CUSA, with only the files inside of it.
Structure needs to be ZIP>>>CUSAfolder>>>files
Or:
-2- USB Method: Set up your USB stick with a "dummy" account to hold your downloaded saves until they're resigned. I'll describe the proper structure in a bit, but the idea is it's in the same structure as your actual saves you've copied from your PS4, and Save Wizard will see them when you go to the "resign" tab although will not see them in the cheats tab (unless you register this "dummy" profile but since you're limited to registering 3 Save Wizard profiles, you don't want to register this one). You put the saves on your USB stick, resign them right from that list (not the import button), delete them when you're done.
If you're doing it right from USB, extract all saves when you download them. After extraction put the CUSA folder - making sure it's the last CUSA folder only, just one single folder, no other folders inside, onlythe PS4 save files inside - put that folder on your USB stick.
Since it needs to be in the exact same structure as the way PS4s actually save games to a USB stick, BUT in a different profile than your real one, the structure would look like:
USB stick drive>>>PS4>>>SAVEDATA>>>0000000000000000>>>CUSAfolder>>>files
The part that's all 0s can be anything you make up, really. 0s just makes it a bit easier to distinguish from your actual profile. And that's the correct number of digits/characters, I believe, but you can check against the way your actual saves are on your USB stick.
If you do it this USB way, you don't use the "import" button. The saves are just right in the "resign" tab and you resign them from there without importing. Importing is only for ZIPs. You can have Save Wizard delete each save as it's done resigning, which makes this way a bit easier for resigning multiple saves at once, to better keep track of what's done and what's not done.
For both methods:
Again, by far the most common hiccup people run into is that there can only be one folder. A lot of downloads might look just fine to you but they have a folder inside of another folder. Only use the last very folder you see, and make sure there are save files inside of it.
For the CUSA folder's name, a lot of folders will be named after a trophy, or some might have the trophy name after the CUSA. If you can't find a folder that's just the CUSA and nothing else, take the last folder and rename it the CUSA. Here it would be CUSA07960.
Many downloads will have first have instructions, roadmaps, several different saves all in one download, etc., even if that first folder has the right CUSA number and so looks simple enough at first glance. So always look inside.
Hope this helps.
