here is a small save for these trophys
Star Map
Discover all landmark locations around the city.
Auto Fanatic
Drive every vehicle in the city.
Hollywoodland
Find and inspect all gold film reels.
The City Of The Angels
Reach 100% Game Complete.
i don't know if more trophys will pop, cause these 4 trophys where the last for platinum, all dlc are completet.

If you still haven't leveled up all the way after completing the story mode and doing all street crimes, then finding Golden Film Reels and discovering landmarks also count towards your ranking.
Since yesterday I have also achieved the trophies he has mentioned with his save (last golden film reels and last landmark), no you can't gain more EXP to level up since he's already maxed out.
